Turn-around

All in-stock orders are shipped within 24 hours Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm Pacific Standard Time during business hours. Orders placed by 12pm NOON ship out the same day and can be delivered the next morning if you select the fastest speed of shipping during checkout. Orders over $100 are shipped free to contiguous U.S. states. Free shipping to anywhere in California on orders $60 or more. Free shipping promotion is on pre-tax subtotals.

Age & Order Verification

(USA ONLY) All first-time orders must accompany a valid government issued PHOTO ID with NAME & DATE OF BIRTH that matches shipping and billing information. After placing your order, visit our contact page and send us an email with the document proof. You must meet the minimum age requirements of your state or municipality. (USA & INTERNATIONAL) You may be contacted by our support team to verify identity or payment information if our automated verification systems trigger a possible fraud alert. Failure to meet any verification requirements will result in your order being cancelled or delayed.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to review your order and shipping rates.

Back Orders

If in rare circumstances an item goes out of stock, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. While we make every effort to keep all listed merchandise in stock, occasionally we are sold out of a certain item or size/style/color. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will send you an email update as quickly as possible. It will then be your choice to proceed and keep the order in place or cancel it. Items are not charged to your credit card until they are approved and shipped.

Customs and Jurisdictions

You are responsible for placing your orders from a region in which you are able to recieve shipments of the purchased items. If a shipment gets rejected due to customs or other regulatory proceedings, you will be responsible for any insidental charges and costs associated with that order & or return. You must also be aware of laws and age restrictions from where you place your orders and accept full responsibility of the legality of such orders.

Packing, Handling & Receiving

Your orders will be handled and shipped with utmost care. Orders will be packed using the most appropriate materials and supplies to ensure safe delivery. Orders will only be shipped to the approved and provided shipping addresses. If the order is not received after the carrier's (usually multiple) attempts, you will be responsible for the incidental costs associated with the order & or return. The order will then be cancelled and a portion of the payment will be returned, after incidental costs are deducted. If the order is delivered or received successfully, it is required that you check the contents as soon as possible for your satisfaction.
